Ingredients

11 g olive oil
1 g garlic, minced
10 g spring onions or scallions, raw, bulbs and tops, chopped
11 g mushrooms, white, raw, chopped
2 g tomato paste
30 g tomatoes, canned, diced
Optional: Oregano
10 g KetoCal 4:1 LQ Unflavoured

Instructions

Place the olive oil, garlic, spring onions, mushrooms, and tomato paste in a pan and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the canned tomatoes and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

Add a pinch of oregano, if desired.

Stir in the KetoCal 4:1 LQ unflavoured until fully mixed.

Blend sauce using a blender until smooth.
