Place the olive oil, garlic, spring onions, mushrooms, and tomato paste in a pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the canned tomatoes and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Add a pinch of oregano, if desired.
Stir in the KetoCal 4:1 LQ unflavoured until fully mixed.
Blend sauce using a blender until smooth.
