Duocal®️ is carefully formulated to be added to foods and liquids without changing the flavour or texture. The powder has been developed to help with the dietary management of conditions in which a high-energy, low-fluid, low-electrolyte diet is required. These include protein and amino acid metabolism disorders, protein-restricted diets, modular diets, malabsorptive states, and catabolic states.
Duocal®️ is a high-energy product for children who need to get extra calories. It is made with a combination of carbohydrates and fat (without protein, vitamins or minerals added). Duocal®️ is appropriate for oral and tube feeding.
Duocal®️ is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition. It is meant to be added to foods and formulas to add extra calories to the diet. It is a specialized product that should be taken under the supervision of a healthcare professional. Always speak with a doctor before making any changes to your child’s diet.

Duocal®️ is specially formulated to provide calories for children over 1 year of age. Speak to a healthcare professional in order to know the amount of product to use for your child’s specific needs. Duocal®️ should be used under medical supervision and is meant for oral and tube feeding only. Not for parenteral use or as a sole source of nutrients.
Duocal®️ is easy to use, mixes easily with liquids and moist foods and is completely soluble.

Store unopened Duocal®️ in a cool, dry place. Once the can is opened, replace the lid after each use. Use the product within one month of opening. Do not store can in the refrigerator.
Unfinished foods and beverages can be stored in the refrigerator and used within 24 hours.
