Cook rice to instructions on package until well done and soft; drain water.
Cut butternut squash into large chunks and roast or steam until soft and tender.
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend until smooth consistency is achieved.
Can add 30-60 mL (1-2 fl oz) of water if thinner consistency is desired.
