Ingredients

237 mL KetoCal 4:1 LQ (vanilla or unflavoured)
31 g raspberries
8 g canola oil
4 ice cubes
Optional carbohydrate-free sweetener to taste

Instructions

Place KetoCal 4:1 LQ, raspberries, canola oil, sweetener (optional) and ice cubes into a blender.

Blend for approx 1 min (or until mixture is smooth).
