In a bowl, mix together all dry ingredients and then incorporate the wet ingredients.
Stir well.
Preheat burner to medium and pour batter into a pan making a circle 10 cm in diameter, similar to making pancakes.
Flip flatbread when one side starts to bubble.
Place on a cookie rack to cool.
Add your favourite toppings to the flatbread or eat with your favourite dish.
