Neocate® DHA & ARA infant formula, designed for the nutritional management of individuals from birth to 12 months with cow milk allergy (CMA), multiple food allergies (MFA) and related GI and allergic conditions.
An amino acid-based formula, Neocate® DHA & ARA infant formula, can only be used under medical guidance. Always contact your healthcare provider before any changes are made to your infant’s diet.

Neocate® DHA & ARA infant formula must be used under medical supervision. Powdered formula is not sterile. It is important for your infant’s health to carefully follow the preparation instructions. Formula dilution will vary depending on age, weight and medical condition of the infant.
For preparation, we recommend you use cooled, boiled water and sterilized bottles. Ask a healthcare professional if it is required that you use cooled, boiled water for mixing and whether you need to sterilize bottles, nipples, and rings before feeding.
*The preferred method for sterilizing bottles, nipples and mixing utensils and water is to boil them.
Neocate® DHA & ARA’s recommended standard dilution is 1 unpacked and leveled scoop of powder to 30 ml of water. Use only the scoop provided.

The standard dilution for Neocate DHA & ARA infant formula is 0.67 kcal/mL. Always talk to your healthcare professional before making any changes to your infant’s diet.
Never boil or microwave formula, as it may result in severe burns. Intake of formula and formula dilution is determined by a healthcare professional and is dependent on body weight, age, and medical conditions of the individual. Intended for use under medical supervision.
Neocate® DHA & ARA infant formula is for oral and tube feeding only and is suitable as sole source of nutrition for babies from birth until 12 months of age. It is not intended for parenteral use.
Nutricia recommends you freshly prepare the formula before each use, however, if formula is prepared in advance, it must be cooled rapidly, refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
Tube feeding hang time should not exceed 4 hours. If prepared in a bottle, discard the formula 1 hour after feeding starts.
Neocate® DHA & ARA infant formula should be stored at room temperature. Once unsealed, replace the lid and store it in a cool and dry place. Do not store in extreme temperatures. Use within one month of opening the can.
