70 g mushrooms, raw, white, chopped
10 g spring onions or scallions, raw, bulbs and tops, chopped
2 g garlic, minced
22 g olive oil
2 g instant bouillon, chicken, cubes (Knorr®)
30 g (mL) water
70 g KetoCal 4:1 LQ Unflavoured


Place spring onions, mushrooms, garlic, and olive oil into a pan and sweat for 4 minutes.

Heat 30 g (mL) water until warm and then dissolve the bouillon cube.

Add stock to vegetables in the pan, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add KetoCal 4:1 LQ unflavoured to the soup. Heat for one minute.

Blend using a blender until smooth.
