Green Pepper and Tomato Soup

Place spring onions, peppers, garlic, tomato puree and olive oil into a pan and sweat for 4 minutes.
Heat water until warm and then dissolve the bouillon cube; add to the pan with the vegetables.
Add canned tomatoes to the vegetables in the pan and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add KetoCal 4:1 LQ unflavoured to the soup. Heat an additional minute until warm.
Blend soup using a blender until smooth.
