Ingredients

2 cups cooked permitted pasta, such as rice or corn
2 tps olive oil
1 cup vegan cheese product (e.g. Daiya, deliciously dairy free®*, made from pea protein)
½ cup reconstituted Neocate® Junior Unflavoured with Fibre or soy milk

Instructions

Cook pasta according to box instructions.

Place the pasta back in the pot, add olive oil and mix.

Add vegan cheese and stir over low heat until cheese is melted and coats the pasta well.

Add Neocate Junior Unflavoured with Fibre or soy milk to help cheese melt and give a smoother texture.

Garnish with grated vegan cheese product.
