Cook pasta according to box instructions.
Place the pasta back in the pot, add olive oil and mix.
Add vegan cheese and stir over low heat until cheese is melted and coats the pasta well.
Add Neocate Junior Unflavoured with Fibre or soy milk to help cheese melt and give a smoother texture.
Garnish with grated vegan cheese product.
