Mix KetoCal 4:1 powder, cocoa powder, heavy cream, water, milk, vanilla extract and carbohydrate-free sweetener (optional).
Place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Remove from the freezer and stir until smooth.
Place back in freezer.
Repeat the process 2 more times and then leave to freeze.
Serve and enjoy!
