Preheat oven to 175°C (375°F).
Mix together the KetoCal 4:1 powder, parmesan cheese, heavy cream, garlic, sundried tomato paste, olive oil and eggs.
Melt half of the butter (5 g), and add it to the mixture.
Add the water and mix until a smooth paste is formed.
Spread out the mixture onto a greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 175°C (375°F) for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and place onto a wire rack to cool.
Serve the remaining butter (5 g) on top of the wrap.
