Cheese and Tomato Pizza

To make the crust:
Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
Mix the KetoCal 4:1 powder, olive oil, eggs and water together.
Spread the mixture onto a lightly greased baking sheet or baking/parchment paper in a 15 cm (approx. 6 inch) circle.
Bake at 160°C (325°F) for 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
While pizza crust is cooking:
Chop the canned tomatoes into small pieces.
Crush or mince garlic. Mix with diced tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
Place cheese and tomato mixture on top of the pizza crust and spread out evenly, leaving about an 3 cm (approx. 1 inch) of crust without topping.
Sprinkle with a pinch of Italian herbs, if desired.
Cook at 160°C (325°F) for 10-20 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
