Ingredients

18 g KetoCal 4:1 Powder
9 g butter
16 g coconut, dried, shredded, unsweetened
Optional carbohydrate-free sweetener, to taste
35 g blackberries, raw

Instructions

Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F).

Place KetoCal 4:1 powder, butter, dried coconut, and carbohydrate-free sweetener (optional) in a bowl.

Rub in the butter with your fingertips or cut butter with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.

Place the raw blackberries into a small ovenproof dish and cover with the KetoCal crumble mixture.

Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 10 minutes.
