Place spring onions, mushrooms, garlic, and olive oil into a pan and sweat for 4 minutes.
Heat 30 g (mL) water until warm and then dissolve the bouillon cube.
Add stock to vegetables in the pan, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add KetoCal 4:1 LQ unflavoured to the soup. Heat for one minute.
Blend using a blender until smooth.
